Preserve Property

397.4 acres (393.15 acres marsh)

Almost entirely marshland, the six tracts that make up the Neck Marshland Preserve protect critical marshland habitat from development while maintaining a huge swath of contiguous wildlife habitat around the Neck housing development. The property contains two saltwater impoundments that provide an excellent feeding habitat for shellfish, Herons, Egrets, Rails, and Wood Storks.
