The preservation of Bailey’s Bluff benefits the neighboring small farms and nearby neighborhood by providing a scenic roadside and wildlife habitat. Bailey’s Bluff is home to 20 grand live oaks and a band of ephemeral freshwater wetlands. Ephemeral wetlands are critical breeding grounds for amphibians and reptiles.
