Bounding the marshes of Fishing Creek, the conservation of this property keeps the vegetative buffer between the salt marsh and possible pollution sources intact and adjoins EIOLT’s other protected lands along Oyster Factory Road to preserve their scenic character and expand protected wildlife habitat.
